ServePoint grew out of years of running restaurants on tools that didn't quite fit. We built the platform we wished we had — and now we share it with operators who feel the same.
What We Believe
Restaurants run on margins measured in single-digit percentages. The software your team relies on should be fast, dependable, and out of the way — not another thing to fight with on a busy Saturday night.
We believe in simple, transparent pricing and an honest support relationship. Our shortest term is one year — long enough to actually evaluate a POS, short enough that we have to keep earning your business. We'll never lock you into proprietary hardware: buy a kit from us or bring your own iPads and printers. (Your card reader is provisioned through your payment processor.) If something is broken, we say so. If you outgrow us, we'll help you migrate out.
